Terms & Conditions

• Our vehicles do not traverse unpaved or dirt roads (Kachi Sadak) due to safety concerns specific to Auli's terrain.
• Drivers are not authorized to navigate through no-entry zones or congested narrow paths, which could lead to traffic congestion.
• In cases of snowfall or road blockages in Auli, vehicles cannot proceed.
• If you need to arrange any transfers outside of your planned itinerary in Auli, please note that these will be at your own expense.
• Pick-up and drop points in Auli are limited to one; kindly confirm multiple points in advance.
• Parking fees in are incurred once per day; if revisiting a location on the same day, parking is an additional cost.
• The package rate covers only the specified tour itinerary destinations in Auli.
• Changes to the tour route or destinations require prior notice; altered routes may incur adjusted rates.
• For outstation duty, the driver will not drive after 20:00 Hrs. & Hills after sunset as per the government rule.
• We expect passengers to treat our drivers with respect, and if there is any disruptive behaviour, we may have to ask the passenger to leave.
• For time-sensitive events like airport/railway transfers or scheduled meetings in Auli, timely communication with the driver or company is crucial.
• Unforeseen delays due to factors beyond our control, such as roadblocks, strikes, or weather, are not our responsibility.
• Drivers should not be pressured to exceed safe speed limits.
• Parking areas might be at a distance from attractions in Auli; guests need to cover parking costs.
• Sightseeing is limited to predefined routes and city limits.
• Uncovered sightseeing points will not result in a refund.
• Simultaneous coverage of nearby sights is recommended; backtracking for missed sights is not guaranteed.
• Extra costs may apply for extended stays due to unforeseen circumstances.
