Terms & Conditions

• Parking and Travel: We cover parking costs at stations and airports, but any expenses for tolls or entry fees during exploration are the individual's responsibility.
• Government Guidelines: GST will be applied as per government norms. For your safety, our skilled drivers adhere to regulations.
• Please note that the air conditioning may be turned off when driving uphill.
• Route Limitations: Our vehicles provide a comfortable and safe ride on smooth roads. We do not recommend using them on rough or narrow paths as it may compromise your safety and comfort.
• Local and Outstation: We calculate distances and hours from the garage. For outstation trips, our driver won't operate after 20:00 Hrs or in hill areas after sunset, as per government rules.
• Safe Driving: Our drivers strictly follow legal speed limits. Please avoid requesting them to exceed those limits set by the Indian Motor Vehicles ACT.
• Baggage and Articles: Kindly examine your vehicle before departure. While we aren't liable for lost items, we assure your safety and comfort.
• Itinerary and Vehicle: Explore sights as per your itinerary, which our vehicle can access. We may provide an equivalent car if your chosen one isn't available.
• Additional Charges: Any extra costs are payable directly to the driver in cash. Rest assured, we aim for transparent transactions.
• Timely Transfers: For airport or railway transfers, call ahead for punctual service. Unavoidable delays like traffic aren't within our control.
• Driver Details: Receive driver information via SMS/email at least 5 hours before pickup.
• Car Inspection: Before starting your journey, thoroughly check the car. Once you've set off, we can't change vehicles during the trip.
• Seasonal Considerations: Rates aren't applicable in May, June, September, October, and during weekends or extended weekends. Be sure to confirm the accurate rates before confirming your booking.
