Terms & Conditions For Car Hire On Fixed Rate Basis

• Unforeseen Hurdles and Adaptive Solutions:

  • While air conditioning is available in our vehicles, please note its effectiveness might vary in hilly areas or when the vehicle is stationary.
  • In case of unexpected snowfall or road closures, our vehicles will adapt by arranging additional transfers at an extra cost.

• Safety-Conscious Routes and Road Travel Restrictions:

  • Our vehicles prioritize safety by avoiding dirt roads which come with potential risks.
  • For safety reasons, driving after sunset and playing music are restricted in hill areas. Kindly understand and adhere to these precautions.

• Effective Communication and Driver Coordination:

  • Our drivers adhere to navigational guidelines that include avoiding no-entry zones.
  • Share your tour schedule with the driver for smooth coordination. Please avoid pressuring the driver to exceed safe speed limits.

• Comprehensive Itinerary and Changes:

  • The rates provided are subject to change based on fluctuations in diesel/petrol prices.
  • The overall cost covers destinations specified in the tour itinerary.
  • Any changes must be communicated well in advance and may affect the rates.

• Access Challenges and Parking Locations:

  • Some destinations might have restrictions on larger vehicles. Additional transportation costs in such cases are not included in our package.

• Pricing Variability and Refund Policy:

  • These rates are not applicable during the peak months of May and June, as well as long weekends and festive periods.
  • Regrettably, no refunds will be provided for unvisited sightseeing points.

• Flexible Pick-up and Drop Points and Vehicle Wellness:

  • Communicate multiple pickups or drop-offs through email before booking.
  • If any vehicle-related issues arise during your journey, please notify us immediately for prompt resolution.

• Proximity and Exploration and Adaptable Vehicle Options:

  • Be prepared for parking areas that might be situated at a distance from the main attractions.
  • If the initially booked vehicle is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a suitable alternative.

• Guided Routes and Roadway Etiquette:

  • Revisiting the same location on the same day requires you to cover parking fees.
  • Passengers should treat our drivers respectfully.

• Time Commitment and Unexpected Delays:

  • To ensure punctual airport/railway transfers or meetings, communicate any changes to the driver or company in advance.
  • Unpredictable circumstances like road closures, strikes, accidents, and adverse weather are beyond our control.

• Sightseeing Flexibility and Prearrangements:

  • Ensure all nearby sightseeing points are covered during a single visit.
  • Any deviations from the planned itinerary or alternative sightseeing points should be arranged with the company beforehand.

• Extended Journeys and Costs:

  • Any extensions due to unforeseen circumstances will involve nominal charges.
  • We aim to make your journey as seamless as possible.
